The Bank collects nonpublic personal information about you, such as Social Security
numbers, addresses and place of employment from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us or others; and
- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.
The Bank does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone,
except as permitted by law, such as responding to subpoenas and providing
information to consumer reporting agencies: i.e. credit bureaus.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies
that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with
whom we have joint marketing agreements.
If you decide to ever close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, the Bank
will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
The Bank restricts access to your personal account information to those employees
who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. The Bank
maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
